We were here for medical procedures and had to stay longer than expected. The staff was incredible! We had everything we needed and more during our long stay.

Great service

Very good service due to front desk and cleaning staff. Would recommend staying. Nice surprise having a microwave. The towels were scratchy but we brought our own. Great location for us while we waited for our apartment to get cleaned.

It was a very clean apt. Only i couldnt find a knife to cut my apple in the kitchenette. Nor a lighter to light the candle. But overall, very good stay. Will come again.

The room was well maintained. The room was cleaned up within shortest time of request for cleaning. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was no hot plate for cooking and the plates were scanty. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Too much noise along the corridor disturbing us. The keys to the door has failed severely. The kitchen is inadequate. No hot plates for cooking. We’ve had to buy a cooker on our own. The fridge is really small and inadequate compared to what we saw when we made the booking. The staff at the desks are very friendly and helpful so also are the cleaning crew.
