"The property itself is very nice, however, the owner makes it very clear he does not care about the property nor the guests that pay hundreds of dollars to stay there. I messaged him regarding my stay on different occasions and did not receive a response until days later each time. When I arrived to the property, it was not clean. "This place was PERFECT for our Beyonce concert experience. Not only was the hotel chic and staff friendly, but they went above an beyond for guests going to the concert. Had decorations, special vendors and themed events. I heard it was the GMs idea, and kudos to him for making the beyhive feel special. Some of the rooms could use a little upgrade, at least our room seemed a bit dated. "
