"The room was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was quite small, but we made it work. The only thing I wish they had was coffee in the morning at least complementary coffee. The pool area was filthy over by the towels. We sat in the shade and cigarette butts are all over hasn’t been swept in a long time plus no umbrellas at tables. "

"Staff was very friendly. The hotel badly needs updates. The bed was hard and furnishings were worn. We were on the interstate side and the noise level was very high. It sounded like the windows were open, even with sleep buds in and white noise playing. Definitely need to address this. "

"The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner. There was the remnants of spilled something all over the wall near the bed, and the bathroom had walls patched that had not been painted, the grout was pretty dirty, and the tub surround had a lot of mildew. Was not “nasty” by any means, but definitely could have been a cleaner feel to the room. Common areas were clean. The breakfast was very good. "

"The room I rented wasn't the one I had, people were smoking in the stairwells, my son has lung problems and was extremely uncomfortable. The elevator wasn't working either. I wouldn't recommend for anyone just needing a place to stay between appointments at mayo. "

"Horrible experience. I’ve never been stranded by hotel reservation that was already paid for. I arrived at 1:30am and they had all the doors locked, with no one at the front desk available to check me in. There was a phone to call someone for after hours, I spoke to a human being whom apologized for not being able to check me in. Imagine the horror of driving around at that time trying to find an alternate accommodation, and all hotels were full. I’ve never experienced this, and hope no one ever has to either. "

"I would not recommend anyone to book there. We booked online paod of course get to the hotel no staff is anywhere to be found. We call tje number on the business sheet it rings to the front desk while you are standing there and no one is there to answer. I had to call the police see how to get my money back. I had kids we all had to use the restroom the stress level was on the rise as we ended up with no where to go because all hotels were booked that we went to after getting robbed by studio 6. We went back next morning the staff stated the manager sympathy was not in call at noon. Called another staff member answered and he said she will be in on Monday. I will be calling today as i am not able to return to the hotel my family and I had to get back home. "
