We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. From the moment of arrival, we were seamless looked after from parking our car, taking our luggages to our room, and toured the resort facilities by the check in team. Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

The friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever meet. Both spas were great. Location great. Rooms nice.

Perfect stay for a family of four, couldn't fault it at all. We had a quadruple room on a half board basis and it worked brilliantly. The kids loved it, particarly the pool, and the food was great. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure next year.

Fantastic and friendly place to stay We stayed there with our family in early April. Everything is organized beautifully for a relaxing stress-free stay and skiing experience. Ski shuttle bus is there a call away to take you to the lifts or bring back to the hotel. Good recommendation from the hotel for equipment rental and ski school for our son. From start to finish, we simply had the best time ever. What amazing, happy and helpful staff, absolutely nothing was a problem. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and hopefully we will return one day.
