Staff was very friendly, I would give 10 stars, breakfast was average but fullfing, no tomatoes or cucumber. Room was facing noisy street with scooters and cars. I was not able to sleep. The room was also cold. That is why I gave a lower rating.

It is an old-style property with a nice garden, located at a distance of 10-15 minutes by foot from the Brignole train station. The front desk has limited opening hours. The breakfast is good. There are free snacks and fruits available anytime at the bar area. The free WiFi connection works well.

Nice and spacious room with extra room but quite noisy from traffic on the street outside which was quite busy although its smallness; probably because it was a one way street. I was received by Clea who worked every day during my stay. She is nice and has a high service level. Rich breakfast buffet.

We had a fantastic four day experience staying here. The property is in a great & safe location, the Brignole Train Station is a 15 Minute walk, about the same to the Ferrarri Plaza. We relied heavily on Metro & Trains, the proximity to the train/metro station was vital for us. Breakfast was more than sufficient, our room was huge! My only "complaint" would be that parking is very tight. But that is par for the course in Europe in general. Klea at the Front Desk was so incredibly kind and helpful. I would without a doubt stay here again!

If you're a light sleeper and wake up easily, you might want to avoid this accommodation. The rooms aren't well soundproofed, and you'll be woken up by cars and motorcycles passing by on the street. Aside from that, everything was fine.

Awesome garden suite in Genova Italy

Awesome. It was difficult to find but after we did it was great. We had a very nice room with parking and wi-fi. We were within walking distance from downtown. The hotel staff was helpful and the room was immaculate.

I asked to change the room because the shower was so small and the water didn’t go , and they didn’t want to , then I asked the girl to call a taxicab for me to go to the Port and she told me that I have to pay 20 euros , it sounded weird to me I though maybe they have their own company , I gave the girl the 20 euros , then the taxicab when we arrived at the port he asked me for another $20 euros , I told him I have paid already , he started yelling on me telling me that he was going to call the police , and that he wanted my documents, I panicked because my cruise was almost leaving, I paid him ! I was shaking , horrible !!

Mi dispiace leggere che alcuni ospiti l’hanno classificato « vecchio » non è vecchio ma antico e rinnovare non è facile e sopratutto oneroso. Ma la mia camera che alcuni hanno valutato terribile hanno esagerato. Sì ci vorrebbe poco per rendere l’hotel accogliente, ma vale dormirci solo per i soffitti e il personale. Vicino ai mezzi e a piedi in 10 mn si è in centro. Qualità prezzo corretta oltre la colazione gratis e le bibite gratis bel frigor bar.
