Wonderful hotel in the heart of Geneva. Close to the Lake, the train station and bars/restaurants. The hotel itself was lovely, bed was very comfortable, Clayton’s products in the bathroom. Staff were very pleasant.

We had booked a garden view room but were upgraded to a side lake view which was stunning. Two of the four in our party had a balcony, two a Juliet balcony. The staff were very helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in us.

I loved the history within this property which has been modernised and furnished beautifully. Wonderful communal spaces for guests including the mini-gym and the hot-tub covered with a canopy of fairy lights.
I was upgraded to a suite with a wonderful bath big comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax. Tea and coffee making facilities were wonderful also. A proper coffee machine and a kettle for the tea drinkers. I loved the individual touches such as the ski and ski pole bedside lights....
