Very nice hôtel very well locate. Excellent staff at the réception, and in the breakfast room. Breakfast is so good. Very clean room thanks to the cleaning room staff. It is the perfect place to stay in Geneva.

Amazing place, WONDERFUL staff. Minimal in terms of amenities but they provided awesome recommendations for food and drink around the city. Felt very much like a home- like environment. Would recommend highly !

Excellent hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was the best I have ever hat at an hotel. Excellent quality and variety of food items. The location of the hotel on the edge of old town is a great benefit. I look forward to staying at Citizen M hotels in other locations.
