"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Service after check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options — almost everything I tried was delicious. However, there were two things that could be improved. When we arrived by car and stopped in front of the hotel, there was no concierge or staff available to assist us. We waited about 8–10 minutes with no guidance. Also, the check-in process was quite slow. It was confusing to see two staff members attending to one guest while others were left waiting — it felt like they could be more efficiently assigned to serve incoming guests. Despite these issues, the rest of the experience was very pleasant, and I’m looking forward to my next stay. "
