On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

"Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Nice slippers and water bottles to keep as a souvenir. In a nice quiet area but avoid Copenhagen over new year. Their fireworks start at 8am on the day and finish at 6am New Year’s Day. A bit of a rave opposite the hotel till 530 in the morning but otherwise an amazing stay."

"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "

"Great size rooms, having the use of a kitchen when traveling makes a huge difference , not all rooms have an oven so check the room type when booking. Lovely pool area with sauna, the staff were great too. "

"Loved everything about this hotel! Great price, fantastic location and lovely staff! Only thing would be to allow adding breakfast to the booking as currently you can only buy when there. We did not buy it as it was super overpriced (~$60 AUD per person per day). If they changed this option and made it more affordable this hotel would be a 10/10! "

"We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again."
