Couldn't fault the staff, cleanliness or amenities. For the price, it's a great value option. The parking charge is too steep but it's possible to free-park on the street only a few hundred metres away.

Eden Oak Geelong
Room had a terrible smell. Smelt like an off dead animal. Complained within 5 minutes of being there as it was unbearable. The hotel knew about it, blaming the previous tenants with their cooking fish with fish oil in the room. They even admitted to not airing out the room as there was no fly wire ...

The Sands Torquay
Everything was fabulous, and all the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We were sorry we had only booked for one night. A really lovely place to chill out or play a round of golf.
