"The parking spots were plenty and well lit. There are carts to assist you to bring in your luggage. Everything was organized very well. Jaz / Jasmin was our front desk clerk was on the ball and ensured our details were correct and provided us with helpful information and actually walked my wife and I to the room to ensure we were happy. She told us about the breakfast and other amenities."

"Large resort. Pool area with ship was extremely crowded and no pool chairs to be had on the weekend. Our room had many issues such as a broken balcony table, loose tiles in master, ceiling fan in master broken. All reported. Carpets in hallways were dingy. Musty smell as soon as you exit elevator. Could hear through the walls. Traffic in front of resort on highway extremely loud. Beds were comfortable, kitchen convenient. Dryer did not work well."

"The room was clean and beds comfortable however, you have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance and they will only come every 3 days. Breakfast was good. The pool, kids room, playground and lake were all very different than the pictures appear. The staff also do not answer the phone ever."

"It’s clearly aimed at families looking for a discount option wanting to visit the Disney-topia of Orlando. The walls are thin, so every howling child, family tension and heated conversation is part of your experience. Is it clean? Aside from the poisonous recluse spider, yes. Good location? Yes, aside from the dystopian neighborhood. I booked it at the encouragement of an obsessively cheap associate. It was cheap - across all measures of that concept. I will not book it in the future. It feels like a failed low income condo development."
