"Clean, well-kept rooms, convenient location, adequate gym, and very friendly and effective staff. Jaz at the front desk was exceptional during check-in and check-out; she was attentive, fast, and cheery! The shared parking lot was occasionally a little tricky to navigate. The pool area looked really nice but I did not get a chance to jump in this trip, but hopefully next time. Great location if you are visiting the theme parks, too."

"Do not stay here if you are not staying in the new tower. They only cater to those staying in the tower. The other rooms are run down and smell really bad, broken phones, nails exposed, broken hooks etc etc... Some staff members do not know what customers service is need to learn how to smile more. There's bugs in the old rooms, staff aware and nothing is done. House keeping says they will come clean and never show up. Don't bother with the front desk they will not try to make you stay better. "

"The room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful! Three different pools, the one closest to us in Key west village was not too crowded and very nice! The only thing I will say is I felt too far from everything in the back villas. Otherwise everything was great! "
