"We stayed in a king suite with a kitchen area. The room was spacious and very well equipped, however the stand out feature of this property are the staff who are excellent.
We were warmly greeted by all staff during our stay including a pre arrival phone call the day before.
This property is in a great location for the city centre with parking at the rear for an additional cost.
I’d recommend booking here for your stay in Newcastle!"

"Hotel is central to everything (shops, restaurants, theatre, bars etc) but hidden in a quiet street behind the theatre royal. The standard of rooms is excellent (lovely touches in each room makes you feel relaxed and cared for), we were also surprised at how quiet the rooms were. The breakfast was superb, with a wide range of quality food available. The staff are always well presented, friendly and approachable, helpful and knowledgable of both the hotel and the surrounding areas and events....
