Caro e decepcionante

A pousada é bem localizada e o atendimento foi bom, mas de modo geral, a experiência foi bem negativa. A pousada não tem recepção, então o check-in foi fetio na área do café da manhã. Quando reservamos, não estava especificado que o quarto só tinha ventilador, e tivemos que pagar mais R$30,00 por um quarto com ar-condicionado (que não gelava nem na temperatura mínima). O quarto tem uma cama de casal pequena e uma outra cama que eu nem sei o que é. Não tem cortina blackout, então todos conseguiam enxergar dentro do quarto. A TV é de tubo 14'' e só tem canal aberto, e o volume máximo é baixo. O banheiro é pequeno, não tinha nem sacola na lixeira, mas pelo menos o chuveiro é bom. O quarto também não tinha frigobar. O café da manhã é apenas de 8 às 9:30, o que é muito estranho para um hotel/pousada, e tem poucas opções (somente pão, frios, suco, café e salada de frutas). A mesma pessoa que cuida do café da manhã faz a limpeza dos quartos, e ela não estava usando máscara em momento algum. Aliás, muitos hóspedes circulavam sem máscara nas áreas comuns, apesar dos avisos de uso obrigatório. Enfim, eu e minha esposa somos hoteleiros e achamos um absurdo cobrarem R$230,00, considerando todos esses fatores.

Ficamos numa cabana aos fundos da pousada e adoramos. Podia colocar o carro na frente e tinha um pátio enorme e lindo. A cabana era ótima, com cozinha, só não tinha nenhum utensílio. Banheiro bom. Café da manhã simples mas completo com frutas, sucos, pão, frios, bolo, geleia. Levamos ovos e fizeram ovos mexidos para gente. Enfim, adoramos e pretendemos voltar.

A pousada é aconchegante e incrível. A Tati faz de tudo para que você se sinta à vontade, o ambiente é amigável e tem um espaço legal de convivência. Recomendo!

Pousada localização intermediária, longe praia.

A pousada em si é razoável e bem construída como sugere a classificação 2 estrelas, e tem uma área ampla, com bom estacionamento. Faltam, no entanto, itens básicos como janela nos fundos dos quartos, colchão de molas, vaso sanitário é muito perto do box, a pia é muito pequena e baixa, não tem ar condicionado. E um café da manhã mais farto e com produtos melhores (por exemplo, queijo minas frescal (a região é rica em fazendas e sítios com criação de bovinos, poderiam fazer parcerias) já melhoraria a percepção.

Pousada pouco confortável

A pousada é um pouco antiga. Nota-se que não teve investimento há algum tempo. TV da década de 80. Não oferecem toalhas, shampoo e sabonete. Quartos sem frigobar e sem ar condicionado. Café da manhã razoável. Longe da praia, mas de fácil localização e acesso.
