"Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. "The staff was amazing and very helpful. They were at your service as soon as you needed and well spoken. The breakfast had a great variety and something for everyone. On the outset the hotel rooms look modern and really good, however the sheets could have been better as I had found little marks each time they were changed. My shampoo in the room had run out and it wasn't replaced even though I'd asked, therefore attention to detail is necessary. The hotel had live music on the weekend which was honestly the perfect touch to a relaxing weekend here."
