"Local excelente, limpo e muito confortável, porém foi reservado para 4 clientes e tinha apenas 2 toalhas de banho e não havia roupa de cama para o sofá cama. Um edredon e sem fronhas para os travesseiros, na verdade havia somente 1 travesseiro e nem lençol para forrar. Para a cama de casal a roupa de cama estava completa. Deixaram de cortesia 2 cápsulas de café, sendo que éramos 4 pessoas. Falhou na comunicação e no material necessário para a estadia ser mais positiva."

"I absolutely adored my stay. Each time I came back to the hotel it was like coming home to friends. From check in on, the wonderful front desk team of Vania and Ana were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the larger than usual bathroom was a rare thing in European hotels. The shower was excellent. The location was excellent for exploring the wonders of Braga during White Night. It was a quiet street but just a very short walk to all of the action."

"This hotel is incredibly great! We loved staying here. The facilities, staff, room and the service is incredible. Only thing we think could improve is the massage services can always be better, and have more diverse offerings with varied therapist that are more confident. The other thing was that the room service was always great but even tho there was moments we didn’t want anybody in the room they still came in to clean up… Overall it was amazing!!!"
