Every detail was considered and executed perfectly! We got there after 5pm and there were little bags for each of us with all check in instructions/keys/breakfast ordering sheets etc. made it so simple. One thing to note: there is no elevator. We requested 1 room on the ground floor for our elderly parents and they were very accommodating! "
