"We had a fantastic stay at Cassendra Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. A special mention to Dilrukshi, who truly made our stay feel like home. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made such a difference she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. "This is the ideal place to be away from the daily rut. I was away from work on vacation and made the best of my time relaxing by the pool a day at the spa, the body massage I highly recommend. The bar lounge staff were polite and courteous, don’t miss to order Bloody Mary. Room service was amazing, quick and suggested entrees. One of the managers Mr Mithun was awesome he came to rescue one night when a private party was too loud. Overall the best hotel in Kandy. Thank you for making my stay memorable. "

"Atiloua on reception always had the most beautiful smile to greet everyone. Everyone was keen to help. The food and juices offered in the restaurant was very good. Interesting and delicious options on menu. No alcohol was sold on site and we went out for cocktails nearby."
