"Despite a horrendous 1-hour check-in, we had a great stay at Melia. The resort is big, but Villas are private and very spacious. We loved the yoga (with Vani and Risa), the pool room, the Melia-nade! We had some issues with the plumbing (toilets and shower drains) but we're resolved with maintenance. I don't know what happened at check-in, but this started our trip on a sour note. However we ended on a nice note with staff very accommodating to our
