"Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. "

"For a nice resort the staff is untrained and rude. Very slow and have to wait a long time, International travelers beware of language problems and delays due to misunderstanding. So many kids at resort that I would not recommend for couples! We got an ocean view suite and the room was pretty nice but a bit dated and not cleaned too well. Smelled like cleaning fluids. Good for one night I think but that's it!"

"The hotel is very big, well decorated and designed eco-friendly. The Room is very clean. Pool is very good designed pattern and looks so nice with blue tiles in the bottom of the pool. All the staffs in the hotel are very friendly, helpful, professional customer service. Speak excellent English and with smiling. The breakfast is awesome and have different varieties which can meet the need from different countries. Thank you Radisson blu resort at phu Quoc and best wishes for having more businesses and tourists comingvand staying at your excellent resort!"

"My husband and I loved our stay here!!! Everyone was super friendly, especially Tony and Jenny! Jenny gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do and places to see in Phu Quoc since it was our first time. The resort itself is beautiful with an infinity pool and a private beach! Included was a breakfast buffet every morning. My husband even went to the fitness center every day. We will be back in the future. Highly recommend!"
