"I stayed here for one night while traveling. I checked in around 11pm and the girl working was borderline rude. When I walked in, her greeting was “the floor is wet” and then she proceeded to finish mopping. I stood at the counter waiting, almost expecting someone else to come out from the back since she hadn’t said another word. Finally, she went around the counter and looked at me - no words. I told her I was checking in, she asked for my ID. I requested a downstairs room and before I even finished, she cut me off and said there were none available. She uttered few additional words, never smiled, and acted like my presence was a real inconvenience for her. I’d suggest a lesson in customer service - it really isn’t that difficult. The room was basic, nothing exceptional. The room design was lacking - large area for an L-shaped desk while the bed was almost on top of the A/C unit. Bed was not very comfortable and the pillows are so thick you’ll wake up with neck cramps. I’ve stayed at other RRI’s that are way nicer, I actually stayed at a Motel 6 in Arkansas that was nicer than this. It’s okay for a night’s sleep while traveling, especially if you have your own pillows, but beyond that, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."

"I needed a place for a quick overnight stay, and this hotel absolutely delivered. From start to finish, everything was completely seamless. Effortless Check-In: After a long day of traveling, the front desk team was a breath of fresh air. They were welcoming, efficient, and had me up to my room in minutes. Perfect Night's Sleep: The room was immaculate and incredibly quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I woke up feeling completely refreshed."

"Overall the property was very clean. The food was delicious and rooms were quite comfy. There was no hot tub as indicated on their website. The pool is very small. There was 5 kids in the pool and it already looked like too many people were in the pool. There were also no pool towels. The emergency phone that was in the pool area did not work. You have to walk to the front office or call using your cellphone for pool towels. On a better note, the staff was very helpful and polite. They were tremendously patient with the children on their property."

"An absolute must stay if you’re travelling along Route 66. The theming is incredible and we couldn’t stop taking photos of the property because it’s so striking. The rooms are on the small side but kept clean and tidy. Surprisingly the shower enclosure is massive in comparison with the rest of the room. The only issue we had was the restaurant attached to the hotel. The wait time for food was extremely long and food quality poor. We complained to our server who was apologetic and offered a discount which actually never came. Rather than escalate we just paid the check full price and left. I didn’t want to spoil the experience of the hotel by taking the complaint further. All I can offer to future travellers is to say enjoy the hotel but choose to eat outside of the hotel. Also the hotel has a surprisingly well equipped gym which I wasn’t even aware existed."
