"I rarely give a bad review, but we were very disappointed with this hotel. The staff was not helpful, very little breakfast, the floor in the room was dirty and the guest above us was very noisy all night as well as outside. The hotel had an 8.2 rating, Not sure how it’s graded, but I would not have given it anywhere near that. Would not stay there again."

"I enjoyed the decor in my room, 2nd floor, at the annex. Clean and comfortable. Had coffee packets but no tea. I advised the front desk that the area by the stairs needed cleaning, they said they would, they didn't."
