"I have had good experiences with all Best Western stays but I have had problems with Expedia. We did not stay as we were unable to travel due to health. I cancelled this by phone and email but was charged $113.77 plus $9 travel protection on 9-15-2025. I want a credit for this amount from Expedia. I do not want to do business with them."

"The hotel staff were very helpful, and rooms was vlean eith a comfortable bed. Breakfast was average-good enough for us. But the pool was dirty, not well maintained and that is something we planned on using after a day of travel."

"Staff was friendly upon check in and throughout the visit. Elevator was out during our stay so going up and down 3 flights of stairs wasn’t ideal lol parking was decent. The hotel is located next to a Maverick and is a local meeting spot in the evening to very early hours for cars, trucks, specialty rides that go up and down Route 66. Trust me if you want to sleep either take noise cancelling head phones or try another place. The hotel is amazing just the noise was too much."
