"The room was clean and set to a nice temperature. The staff was accommodating. The hotel is so close to the street you could hear cars driving by with their radios turned way up high. Apparently, Galveston does not have a noise ordinance. The breakfast was good and the kitchen help was friendly. Overall it was a good experience. I would stay there again."

"The hotel is nothing like the pictures on the website. The rooms had a very stale air smell to them. The bathroom was spacious but were nothing special. the sink was even completely attached to the wall. when we arrived there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I asked the cleaning staff that was outside our room about the shampoo and she stated " yeah we don't do that you need ur own we only give you a small bar of soap" I stated that is weird since ever other hotel I've ever been to has shampoo. then the cleaning lady said yeah we we don't. worst hotel experience ever. we actually didn't even stay the night we ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. I would never book this place again it had very ghetto vibe to it the kind of place you would take a cheap hooker."

" Hello, I recently stayed and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was a strong odor in the hallway, which became even worse when the air conditioning was turned on. The blankets in the room appeared dirty and did not feel clean or fresh. Additionally, the website advertised breakfast, but no breakfast was available during my stay. The pool was also dirty and not properly maintained. To make matters worse, there was a homeless individual outside the property, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about safety. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations based on what was advertised. Thank "

"There weee hardly parking spaces. Music or TV till around 2-3amp. Someone running above us . The floor we stayed seems people live there. Non-professional staff. Food was less to be desired. Couldn’t get and coffee or juice due to over capacity area."

"So where do I start. The rooms online does not match seeing it in person. The first room on the second floor was a mess. The smell of the second floor was really bad. Mold smelling. Get in the room floor very slippery and the smell omg. So they moved us to another room. It was a little better. No smell and clean I guess the way they think it should be cleaned. But it will do. Towels needed but had to wait until the morning for clean towels. Ok whatever but the staff didn’t really understood what I was saying so I just direct all questions to the front staff. I will not be staying here again. Great location but it’s not for me. To many issues. Patio door didn’t open, microwave in the room was very nasty. If they do done renovation to this place. It really would be a great hotel to stay at."

"You see a small view of beach from the balcony. Breakfast was very disappointing. Cold cereal, bagels, muffins, or boiled eggs was the option. The gentleman in the evenings was helpful, but you didn’t receive any help in the morning. Room was ok for cleanliness. What was very disappointing was that we stay for 3 nights and NEVER got room service. We had to take out our own garbage, get new toilet paper, and towels. I have never received this bad of service before. Very disappointing. "
