Check in with the guy was a little rough due to my husband and my service dogs but the staff the next day and the owner that I spoke with were very nice. They explained he was new and would be trained. The room was very clean. Its not fancy but it was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

The property and the area around the hotel were clean and well maintained. The room was neat, clean and newly remodeled. The hotel was within walking distance of resturarants, bars and the beach. Not a 4 star resort but very nice for the price paid.

The only good things were the location to beach and a clean bed, but noisy window type AC unit was unpleasant. Also, the room was uncomfortably damp feeling from humidity I suppose. The only soap was a liquid dispenser at lavatory, no shower soap, shampoo etc.
Thankfully we were only there for one night.

We’ve stayed here 2x now when visiting Galveston. Extremely close to the ocean, dogs stay free, squeaky clean spacious & tasteful rooms… great value!

Well kept and clean. We stayed in a renovated unit which was nice and had a updated fresh feel. Very close to the seawall and ocean.

Room was lacking customary furnishings. No table lambs, no floor lamps and no end tables. The only lighting was very bright recessed cans that could not be dimmed. If they added the furnishings it would be a great place to stay. It has a great location that is convenient to the beach.
