When we were told the elevator was not working, we requested a ground floor room and were accomodated with a ground floor room. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and was very good.

Parking and access to rooms was easy, beds were comfortable. Room was large and updated and clean with plenty of towels in great condition. They were doing updating on the main floor so breakfast was not available. There was a bistro and Wendy's in the parking lot so we didn't mind not having breakfast ...

I checked in on Friday and the bed squeaked so loudly it was insane. I was moved to another room and it was fine until we tried to shower the next day. The shower would not turn on.
