"Parking and access to rooms was easy, beds were comfortable. Room was large and updated and clean with plenty of towels in great condition. They were doing updating on the main floor so breakfast was not available. There was a bistro and Wendy's in the parking lot so we didn't mind not having breakfast at the hotel this one night stay. Came in contact with 3 staff members and they were all fantastic."

"When we were told the elevator was not working, we requested a ground floor room and were accomodated with a ground floor room. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and was very good."

"I made the reservation for my husband and his brother, who were traveling together. They got word of a death in the family and had to check out that night. My husband told me that the desk clerk went out of his way to help them and got snacks and coffee. It was SO appreciated at a difficult time. "

"There was no microwave in the room, so I had to use the one in the breakfast bar area. WiFi was extremely weak from my room; it might be better if one's room were closer to the front office. The breakfast bar did not offer much by way of protein options. The manager was very helpful when I made book errors."

"Was only allowed 3 towels for 5 people. No housekeeping the full week we were there. Called desk to get towels and was given towels but asked worker in laundry room and was given the run around. "

"Rooms were not vacuumed, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, (not just a stran either) and the "breakfast area" was not clean. The coffee creamer stuck to the counters like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, same with the sink next to the coffee. The staff was fine. I travel often and the price was a little high for the area and what you "got" but no big deal, I just expected it to be clean."

"The toilet was just used with remains left in it as well as a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. The bed comforter was covered in stains as well. I was also double charged for my room without given any information from the front desk employee who did not understand English well. "
