"The place is great for its price Shafi and murtaza were great i don’t know if i spelled their name correct and also the night shift guy.. Cleaning service was great.. They gave a room and AC wasn’t that great and they fixed the issue right away and gave me a better room. Location is very good center of Frankfurt anything you need is near by food/malls etc The only thing is a bit annoying outside the hotel are some homeless people who are blocking the walking way but other than that Its one of the great places in Frankfurt now and i come to Frankfurt every year I would definitely come again Thank you team Hotel Lumière"

"Property was great but station area edgy"

"This was the perfect location for a central base to explore Germany (Dutchland) via train. Easy to walk to shopping, food, and the train station. Hotel room was just what we needed, a bed and a bathroom (toilet and shower). It also has a temperature control for each room (grateful for the cool air as we got there during a heat wave!) The first 3 days walking to and from the train station were questionable and we made sure we weren't out at night due tonthe drug activity on the streets. Police were always around so I never felt in danger. By day 4 things were cleared out and we didn't see all the drug selling and using. In all perfect place to lay down and rest and rejuvinate. "
