"Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in. "

"Excellent communication and process. Smooth check in and check out. Clean rooms. Neat property. One thing they should mention is that the access to the property is quite inclined and will be a steep walk for people with luggage. Secondly, since the reception is virtual, it closes at 7.30PM and then becomes difficult to approach for any services required. It was an excellent experience otherwise and will definitely want to stay here again."

"The staff either seemed happy to help or annoyed. There was loud music in the courtyard until shortly after 11pm. Dealing with rowdy students was not fun. If you’re young and want to make friends or meet people then maybe this is the place for you. The fact this is attached to student residences is not great. "Really enjoyed the common facilities with the cafe and restaurant, plenty of places to sit and hang out in the hotel on site, very lively as well which I enjoyed. Also the gym was nice to have, small but had basics and had new equipment. I got the room with the balcony which was great to be able to step outside. Very central and convenient location as well. "
