"An older but well-kept property. Super comfortable. The guy at the front desk asked when I was leaving to catch my plane the next morning. When I told him 5:30 AM, he asked if I wanted a yogurt to keep in the room’s mini fridge since breakfast wouldn’t be set out until 6. I was so grateful! Then, when he brought it out, he’d included an apple, an orange, and a muffin! These snacks saved me during a very stressful day. Thank you, sir! "

"I left something valuable in the room and they called me to let me now they found it, even before I noticed it was missing. They kept it for me until I was able to pick it up later that day. Excellent customer service then and throughout the entire stay!"

"This is a great properly with awesome amenities. We really enjoyed the multiple hot tub options in the main atrium area and the private seating area each provided. We also enjoyed the large selection of food options for breakfast and the spacious seating area. Very friendly staff and a great room. The property was very clean and well maintained. It's also a great location near many restaurants and retail stores. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again on future visits to the Bozeman area. "

"We booked this hotel largely because of the breakfast, and as other reviewers have noted, it was excellent. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing for a 3-star Holiday Inn. The biggest issue was housekeeping. During our almost two week stay, it took three days of requests for our room to be serviced. After asking at reception two days in a row, and even requesting a garbage bag so we could take out our own trash, housekeeping finally came. They removed the trash, made the bed, and left a stack of towels on the counter. I’ve never experienced a hotel stay where we had to repeatedly ask for such a basic service. We paid for a “one-bedroom suite” intending for a family member to stay with us for a night in our four-person room, only to find that there was no actual bedroom door—just a wide doorway separating the two spaces. The website hasn’t been updated to reflect the current room layout. Additionally, the hotel hosts local swimming lessons in the pool, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to use during our stay. While the breakfast was great, the overall experience did not meet expectations for this brand."
