"This was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever experienced. There was a birthday party with many children, and they put me and my party in a room that was near the conference room where the party was held and near all of the rooms where the partygoers were staying. I complained three times. The first time, I called at 9 PM. The person at the desk told me he had closed the pool. I didn’t understand what that had to do with hallway behavior on the second floor that had been happening for at least an hour. I called again at 10:15. I was immediately put on hold, called back three times, and no one answered. I called again at 11 PM, and I was told he would investigate. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. "

Housekeeping was also problematic. If you leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on past 9 a.m., even if you remove it later, your room will not be serviced at all for the day. This policy was not clearly communicated and is quite inconvenient. Overall, these issues add up, and the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 3-star property. "

"I'd never stayed in this brand name of hotel so wasn't expecting much but it was a Hampton Inn room with Comfort Inn 24 hour coffee. The bed was super comfortable, check in was easy and the shower was great. I'd stay there again...and I probably will. "

"I checked out 3 minutes after arriving. I was suppose to get refunded because I never officially checked in. This property should be removed from your list. Very unsafe with loitering and unkept.
