"ROOM NOT READY AT 6PM. Fire alarm kept beeping, had to unscrew it. Door key wouldn't work coz paint on it. Manager had to get key. Room not ready, no wall hangings. Bed not made. No hot water. Feces all over toilet, literally. A/C- they had to put a new one in, after I checked in, I checked in about 5:30pm. Needs turned in to Health Dept! Needs to close until place is really ready to rent. Totally a scam sham low life Dump. "

"Didn't end up staying. The place was falling apart and I felt like driving until we found another place, or just sleeping in our vehicle was a better option. This is by far the worst place I have ever been led to by Expedia. We checked in, took one look at the room and went back to the office to let them know we were not staying. I left with the understanding that they would be crediting my card back, but that was not the case. Paying $140 for a room we never actually stepped into was still a better option than staying there. "

"At check-in we were told our room would be serviced every other day.. Ok. Stayed three nights, room never serviced. Called the front desk to and the person said they’d check with their manager about why the room wasn’t serviced. Who cares, just offer to bring towels. Had to ask for them, Shouldn’t there be training for this situation?? Definitely need the earplugs they put in the room if your room faces the bars. Downtown Gainesville can be loud and they party late. Also no waters in the room?? $5 in the lobby. The bar is good, so is the coffee in the lobby. The breakfast is meh. The staff was nice and helpful…except when we had a problem. We’ve stayed here before since we have a kid at UF, just wish we wanted to stay here again. "
