With the hotel eating & drinking options are minimal for the size so have to go to the Shopping mall which is not huge but is being renovated. Clean room, spacious for Japanese standards. Closest Shinagawa train station, which is very accessible for tourist, especially if you have large luggages. They also have Yamato on the second floor if you want to transfer your luggage from one prefecture to another.

Great hotel to stay in, and clean rooms with great staff help. Close by Ariake station and other convenient stores and near a shopping mall as well. Definitely, recommend to anyone who is traveling to Tokyo Japan.
