"We loved our room which overlooked the river. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with overcoming the language barrier. It is really hard deciding on which ryokan to go to but if you're looking for a more intimate and traditional experience, this is a great option! They had a private onsen in our room, public baths seperated by gender, and four private baths as well. All of the facilities were beautiful and very clean!"

The Onsens were amazing and food was delicious. I was planning on gate keeping the location so it doesn’t become too westernised, but the place is too amazing and hopefully it keeps its Japanese roots. "

"Room was great. Onsen is fantastic! Very secluded from other establishments. No room service or restaurant in the facility. Limited options for in room meals only shabu shabu. "

"Very spacious, clean, facilated villa, host were very generouly with supplyingfood and drinks for us. It have great reach to ski and Sapporo city centre if you have car. The only drew back for us is no dish washer and only 1 toilet, other then that it's perfect for my family would definitely book again."

"The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor hot spring. Soaking in the warm water while feeling the crisp winter air and watching the snow fall from the sky was exactly the experience I had dreamed of—a truly memorable moment. However, my experience at the hotel’s restaurant was quite different. While the quality of the meat was excellent, the pricing felt unreasonable. It was a BBQ menu, yet they charged an additional 'table fee' per person. Whether this is a local custom or a specific business practice, I found it hard to understand why I had to pay extra just for a table to eat the food I ordered. It was not a pleasant experience."
