"Lovely hotel right next to Kai Tak stadium which was great for the rugby or any events there. Not a lot of amenities around the hotel if you are not going to an event. We arrived late and thought the bar was open until 12 last orders were at 11pm so we couldn’t get any refreshments. Also the bar does not open until 5pm which is bizarre as it is next to the rooftop pool so again you cannot buy any drinks or snacks! "

"Great place to stay. Train was close by and bus stop also out front. Very nice breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful and can change money at the desk for a little less but very convenient"

"This is definitely not an eight star is listed on Expedia. The towels are as thin as your shirt. The bed is as hard as a rock. The sheets are torn and have spots on them. The couch is small and hard. The floor is cracking and peeling, and there are no outlets for foreigners. It’s 2026 and they still don’t have USB plugs. They make you buy one in the machine downstairs. somebody must be using AI to bump up the rating on this hotel because it’s definitely not an eight."

"I was in Hong Kong for business. Normally I stay in the Jordan area but this time my regular Hotel Eaton HK was full so I stayed here. My first experience was just okay. I took a taxi from the Kowloon station and on the way it started raining. The hotel has a drive-thru covered drop off area but seeing the taxi the ground stuff asked it to do the curbside drop off while I saw him allow a fancier car to go through the drive-thru and drop off the passenger. My cab driver insisted on going through but the ground staff stopped him. I did not understand the language. While I was taking the luggage off in the rain nobody came to help me. In the meantime another car pulled in to drop off passengers which was not a taxi and was allowed to go through the covered drop off. Once I offloaded my stuff and started to head towards the reception one ground staff came and asked to take my luggage. By then it was too late. The second incident happened when I was checking in at the front desk. It took forever. There were two people checking in and only four in line with me but I must have waited at least 30 minutes to get my turn. The rooms were a little dated but clean and quiet. So that I would give a plus. They had a swimming pool on the top floor which was a nice. Overall my experience was just okay I would give it a three star."

"Breakfast menu could have alternated and had more western options. Room was clean, however the aircon was very loud at night. The main bed couldn’t sleep my husband as it was too short. "
