"The customer service was excellent- from the arrival to the departure every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and spacious- our party of 4 really only needed one room if we knew the size but had two rooms and it was ample space. The location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are charming and beds comfortable (although soft). Would recommend and stay here again. "
"Great location near the centre of Odense. Minimal rooms with a nice bathroom. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. Walls were a bit thin though so you could hear anyone in the corridor.

"It is a brand new hotel finding its feet. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is plentiful Danish breakfast, the evening buffet ar 165DKK is very good value. The tram to town centre at 4e return is a practical and fast means of transport to the museums, shops and restaurants. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a clean and comfortable bed and room."
