"Air conditioning was noisy. The blue film on the windows was awful and made everyone look ghastly. Had to shut the drapes to get away from it. the bathroom sink had very low water pressure and the gap around the entry door to the room was big and open allowing a lot of outside noise to come into the room. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! The kitchen is nice and has most items needed for a simple meal. A larger cutting board, foil and salt & pepper would be a nice addition! We went to HEB around the corner and picked up all the necessities, no problem. (Ziplocs, coffee, additional paper towels, spices, etc.)"

"Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have handled it. They had everything there to clean it so I just did it myself and tried to leave it in better shape for the next guest. Beds were comfortable, couches were comfortable. Coastal decor was very nice. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again."
