First time staying here. It was ok. Not bad for the price. Had a little trouble finding out the tv but the front desk attendant came right over and helped us. Wished there were a ceiling fan in the room and a landline.

I had to call when I got there to get the key to the room waited 20 minutes then when I checked out, I had to call them and waiting and waiting and waiting. No one never showed up so I just left the key at the door. The room had roaches coming out of from underneath the table

This is an older property located in the Rockport Heritage District that is in walking distance to downtown and the fishing piers. The rooms are clean and the area is relatively quiet. The only thing I found that was less than desirable was the area around the trash dumpster which is where our room was located. Food scraps lay around the dumpster which causes a rodent problem. Keep this area cleaner and you have a winner.

The courtyard was beautiful. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, a shaved ice hut we like, and live entertainment. Just be aware that the noise levels are sometimes lively.
