"We had the most awesome time at the incredible island hotel. Staff were attentive and polite and went out of their way to help. Food was great, especially the fish, but the most amazing experience was snorkelling and scuba diving in the surrounding oceans. After 30 years diving some of the best in the world so make sure you spend time with Nicole and the team at the in-house dive centre!! We stayed in both water bungalow and then beach room - both awesome "

We were fortunate enough to witness the vibrant marine life, including sharks, a large stingray, and a variety of fishes during our snorkeling adventures. The overwater villas were remarkable, allowing us to jump right into the water and snorkel every day, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I would also like to commend your amazing staff, particularly Mr. Nasir from the restaurant, who greeted us with a contagious smile that truly warmed our hearts. "Salt Beach Hotel is a great budget friendly hotel. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe (due to my laziness I even left my room unlocked for hours at a time when I left to the beach) and felt like I was really cared for. Manoruban was willing to be able to help me with anything I needed, big or small. Ram helping me with taking my luggage to the public ferry was a big help and I could always count on Ram for making my room beautiful. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff at Salt Beach Hotel and I recommend to anyone visiting Maafushi. Would definitely come again! "
