Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Hakata Station. The location is very convenient and the kitchen was really useful for cooking simple meals. The WiFi was unreliable and completely cut out for several days. The staff responded very quickly whenever I contacted them and fixed the issue promptly the first time. However, the problem returned just one day later, and I got tired of reporting it again, so I switched to my mobile data. The room was generally clean, though I noticed some stains on the kitchen wall and dust on top of the refrigerator. It would also help if clearer check-in instructions were provided beforehand, as I wasn’t expecting an extra payment upon arrival. Despite these small issues, I enjoyed my stay there.

Average, especially if you are a foreigner.

Well, to start with, rooms aren’t like in the photos displayed. Much more austere, would rather say depressive. There is also a strange smell one cannot define, in the common areas and in the flat. It’s not impeccably clean as most accommodation in Japan. Then, although you provide all your details in English, they keep sending you communication in Japanese. Check in is ok but the crucial information passes through the screen so fast, it’s impossible to read it! All in all proximity to Hakata station is a +, but consider it only if you find it much cheaper than a proper hotel. Ah- internet doesn’t work at all!

洗面、UB、トイレ別は嬉しい！

部屋も広くて、7階で日当たりも良く、洗面・UB・トイレ別でとても快適でした。 しいてあげるなら、レースカーテンかブラインドがあったら良かったです。

大変快適で大満足です

家族三人で１泊しました。室内はきれいでしたが、きれいな浴室ですが、浴槽の内側のざらつきが少し気になりました。 設備が大変揃っていて満足でしたが、お湯を沸かすケトルや電子レンジが１階に設置の為、室内にあったらよかったです。３人では少々狭いですが、１泊だけの利用でしたら十分です。チェックイン先は離れた所にありますが、チェックアウトは楽でした。

賃貸マンションみたいなホテルだったので広さ的な部分やお風呂とトイレが別って言うのも良かったんですが...まあ出来ればお部屋に１個でも除菌ハンドソープがあったら嬉しいです。他県からだと今はナビがあるとはいえ場所がわかりにくくて地図苦手な者にとってはちょっとやばかったです

房間裡小而巧，整齊乾淨，離車站很近！ 備有洗衣機，還有貼心附上洗衣粉，有小廚房，餐具都有 很舒服！ 唯一可惜的， Check in的地方跟住的地方不一樣，很不方便！ 要先去車站附近check in 再去飯店（約走10～15分鐘） 然後寄放行李需要費用！一件500日幣

위치는 애매하지만 넓고 깨끗하고 좋아요

체크인하는곳은 하카타버스터미널에서 가까웠고 숙소까지 걷기는 10분정도. 텐진쪽 갈때는 걸어서 7분정도에있는 버스정류장에서 버스타고 다녔어요~ 위치는 애매하지만 방은 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 난방이 어떻게 되는지랑 연박할 경우 여분의 수건을 받을수 있다면 다음에도 레지던스 호텔이용하고 싶어요

우선 제가 꼼꼼히 잘 안읽어봐서 저처럼 고생하시는 분들 없었으면 좋겠어요 이번에 혼자가는 여행이였구 체크인장소가 예약한 호텔주소가 아니라 다른호텔에서 체크인을 해야해요 제가 그냥 흘겨봐서 호텔까지갔다가 다시 체크인하러 갔어요 체크인하는 하카타2는 역이랑 가깝구요 여기는 역이랑 한 15분정도 걸어가야해요 시설은 정말 깨끗하고 좋고 잠만 잘꺼라면 친구들이랑 여행할때 3명까지도 가능할꺼같아요 이번에 3번째 일본여행이였지만 가성비 이정도 호텔을 쓸수있다는거에 너무 만족합니다

最悪。これまで宿泊したどの施設よりも気分が悪い。宿泊しようとホテルまで行くと張り紙で「受付とホテルは別です」とあり、遠くまで歩いた。スタッフの対応も「そんなことは書いてあります」と傲慢。予約のページには他のことに紛れて記載があったが、もっと強調すべき。「他にこういったことはありませんか？」と聞くと「ありますが」と回答。なら改善すべきポイントではないだろうか。 またホテル自体にも不満。泊まった部屋はその日、雨が降っていたのだが「エアコンから雨音」が。しかも気になって眠れないほどの音量で終始鳴っていた。 どんなに室内がキレイでも眠りを保証できないホテルに次回も泊まる理由なんてない。

조금은 불편한 하카타 레지덴스 호텔 3

성인 3명이 사용할 것으로 미리 예약하고 투숙하였음. 그러나 3명이 사용하기에는 공간적으로 조금 협소하였다. 2명은 침대를 사용하고 1명은 침대옆 바닥에 요(매트)를 깔고 자야만 했으나, 공간이 협소하여 어려움이 있었다. 또한 덮는 이불은 오래동안 세탁을 하지 않았는지 냄새가 심해 사용하기에 불쾌하였다. 그리고 실내에서 wifi 사용이 무료라고 하였으나, 제가 사용 중인 삼성 galaxy phone과 직접 연결이 되지 않아서 가지고 간 wifi 도시락을 사용할 수 밖에 없었다. 실내에 쓰래기 통이 없어서, 비닐봉투에 쓰래기를 넣어 쌓아둘수 밖에 없어서, 공간적으로 또한 냄새로 어려움이 있었다. 그리고 check in office와 투숙장소가 따로 떨어져 있어서 불편함이 있었다. 특히 check in office 위치를 설명하는 안내가 너무 막연(단지 하카타 역 앞으로 소개)하여 외국인이 찾아가기에 어려움이 있었다. 좀더 구체적으로 "하카타 역 앞 어떤 빌딩과 빌딩사이에 있는 길"로 설명하면 좋을 것 같다.
