初めて利用させていただきました。 家族４名での利用です。 チェックイン用の端末を上手く見つけられず、最初手間取りましたが、端末の操作自体は問題ありませんでした。 交通量の多いところですので、急いでいる方はゆとりを持ってチェックインされた方がいいと思います。 お部屋は家具家電が揃っており、今回洗濯はしませんでしたが、洗濯機だけでなく洗剤も置いてあったので、使いたい方はありがたいと思いました。 洗面所のゴミ箱に、前に止まられていた方の分なのか使用済み歯ブラシが残っていたのは少し気になるところですが、あとは気になりませんでした！

良かったところ：築浅、駅近、スーパー・飲食店多し、問題が発生した時にメールでの反応はいい（足りない備品の補充などは無しだった） 残念だったところ：掃除が不十分（棚や換気口に埃が溜まっているなど）、備品管理不足（タオル類が少なすぎる、テーブルが壊れている、ふきんの箱が空っぽなどなど）、６泊中一度も掃除・リネン交換が無かったなど 管理の人が居ない施設なのでしょうがないのでしょうが、残念。

숙소 상태, 청결도, 편리성은 아주 좋습니다. 무인 호텔 형식으로 셀프 체크인, 셀프 체크아웃해야 합니다. 숙소에서 직접 요리 가능하며, 냉장고, 가스레인지, 후라이팬, 숟가락, 젓가락, 포크, 도마, 주방 세제, 수세미 등등 있습니다. 아쉬운 점은 숙소 위치가 쇼핑가와 떨어져 있다는 점입니다. 숙소 위치가 전철역에서 도보 2분 거리, 버스정류장 바로 앞에 위치한 점은 장점입니다.
