The accommodation is right next to the shopping area and easy to find. The facility is a bit old inside and some dirts near the AC, and the main entrance is widely open all times. I would only suggest this place to those who don’t stay at hotel much (the bed is quite comfy tho

Great location for those who want to be surrounded by restaurants and easy access to Tenjin Starion. Large space compared to hotel rooms which made it great for 3 guests. Easy check in and check out process. It was a little dusty in some areas, the couch was quite stained and a lot of worn out furniture. Needs a bit of a refresher.

NOT Recommended at all!! Dirty !!!!! Full of dus!!!! A tiny flat. Although we booked a room with balcony, but you dare not touch that door to open…. And you won’t go out as it is dirty too… Good side is location is good.

숙박 전날 또는 당일까지도 체크인 방법 및 안내사항 일절 없었습니다. 구글지도에 주소 검색하면 옆 건물 나오고, 안내 사항이 아무것도 없어서 도대체 어떤 건물인지 몇 층인지 하나도 모르는채로 건물앞에서 10분은 서성인 것 같아요. 그래서 안되겠다 싶어서 어떤 건물인지 모른채 두 건물 중 하나씩 들어가서 층마다 확인했고 그렇게 숙소가 몇층인지 알기까지 20분 걸렸습니다. 그다음엔 체크인을 해야하는데 무인운영인건 알지만 안내사항도 하나없으면서 패드 하나 달랑 있습니다. 그 패드에다가 또 개인 정보며 여권사진까지 다 찍어야해서 10분은 더 씨름하고, 결국 건물 앞 도착해서부터 체크인까지 30분은 족히 씨름했네요. 물론 호스트는 친절한 편이셨고, 한국말도 조금은 가능하셨어요. (체크인 마지막에 호스트와 게스트 영상통화 있습니다.) 들어갔는데 제대로 청소 안되어있을만큼 바닥은 더럽고 (돗자리 챙겨온게 있어서 그거 깔고 지냈습니다) 쇼파는 앉기 싫을 정도로 오염되어있습니다. 그나마 화장실은 무난한 편인데 가장 중요한건 에어컨에서 물이 뚝뚝뚝 쉼없이 떨어집니다. 생각보다 날이 더워서 에어컨을 켤 수 밖에 없는데 그 에어컨에서 물이 계속떨어져요. 수건도 많이 없는데 에어컨에서 떨어지는 물때문에 받은 수건 중에 반은 에어컨 물 떨어진거 닦는데 쓴거 같아요. 그래서 수건이 없다고 또 문의해도 답을 안해줍니다. 위치말곤 만족스러운게 하나도 없습니다. 수건은 해당 어플 상담사 통해 연락 해서 받았습니다. 개인적으로 위치만 보실거면 엄청 좋은편에 속하고, 그 외에것 보실거면 다른 곳 가시길 추천드려요. 다음엔 그 근처에 다른 숙소를 묵더라도 재방문은 안할 것 같습니다.

地點很好，逛街購物吃美食都很方便 可惜的是進去大門沒有管制，大家都可以直接推門進來，而且我們房間除了電子鎖，門內面沒有另一組可以從裡面上鎖的裝置，安全性稍低

住宿環境，感覺不安全。 大堂沒沒鎖任何人都可以自由出入 住宿大門沒有鎖只有沒有鎖嘅玻璃門 Check-in時要在付費，先有房間門口密碼， 整體感覺只有房間門口密碼鎖，感覺上不安全⋯ 我把鎖沒有清潔，還見到一堆塵 門框亦有一堆塵 只有基本嘅打掃清潔

酒店的大門是沒有的, 是一對爛門來的, 街客隨意就可到達你的到達你房門, 完全沒有安全可言, 房間很多塵, 重有洗手盆的位置木板已經爛了 內部有部PAD, 但是壞的, 要聯絡酒店才知WIFI PASSWORD 價錢也不是便宜, 不建議入住

화장실은 청결한데 다른곳 구석 구석 먼지가 좀 있습니다. 샤워실이 너무 좁지만 청결하고 나름대로 괜찮았네요. 위치는 좋은데 찾기가 너무힘들고 무인이라 체크인이 좀 난이도가 있네요. 그리고 무인락커가 없어 좀 불편해요.

제가 가본 호텔중 최악이었어요. 너무 더럽고 좁고 에어컨도 세지 않아 더웠고 6인실로 해서 잤는데 3명이 움직이기도 힘들었어요.다른건 다 참을수 있었지만 먼지가 어느곳이든 쌓여 있었고 화장실은 곰팡이가 가득.들어가는 입구는 거미줄에 창틀과 구석구석 청소 하지 않은것이 많았고 좋았던 한개는 상권이 좋아 걸어다니는 편리함 이외는 정말 가지 말아야 할곳이에요.사진만 보고 예약 하지 마세요.가면 놀라실 꺼에요.

위치와 방의 크기는 너무 좋았습니다. 하지만 곳곳에 먼지와 곰팡이 핀 찬바람이 안나오는 에어컨은 최악입니다. 더군다나 비가와서 습한데 에어컨이 안되니 더 불쾌했습니다. 문의를 해봤지만 돌아오는 답변은 앵무새 처럼 메뉴얼대로 해보라는 말만 되풀이 했습니다. 무인호텔의 단점입니다. 관리가 제대로 안됨. 위치는 최고입니다.

家族4人で宿泊しました。 ベッドなどは大きく広々と快適なのですが、棚にはホコリが溜まっていたり壁には穴が空いていたり清潔感が無い箇所も所々見えてしまい少し残念な気持ちでしたので星3つかな。玄関の入り口は狭く洗面所が使いにくかったので靴箱があれば良いなぁと思いました。子供達は2段ベッドに大喜びだったので泊まれて良かったと思います。

체크인 : 로그인이 막상 잘 안됩니다. 전화로 겨우 방번호와 패스워드 받았습니다. 그리고 방에 체크인하고 와이파이 알수 있는 패드가 있어야 하는데 없어서 유료 전화비 내면서 담당자와 통화햐서 받아야 했습니다 청결상태 : 창틀과 블라인드 그리고 구석에 먼지 엄청 많습니다. 물티슈로 딲거나 치울수 있는 수준이 아닙니다. 이불 펄럭이면 먼저가 확 퍼집니다. 매트릭스 및 침구 : 이건 엄청 깨끗합니다. 이거 하나로 승부 하는 듯 합니다. 소모품 : 기본 많이 주시긴 하는데 리필하는 것들이 외부 공용 공간에 많이 있지 않습니다 욕실 : 깨끗한 편이고 수압이 좋습니다. 더운물 잘 나옵니다 안전 : 외부 중문에 도어장치가 없어 외부인도 내방문앞까지 자유롭게 옵니다. 아울러 외부와의 방음이 약해 유흥가 주변인 모텔까지 사람들이 와서 술먹고 소리지르는 경우가 종종 있어 시끄럽습니다 위치 : 위치는 텐진역 텐진미나미역 돈키호테 등이 아주 가깝고 좋습니다
