A great place and a good hotel. While the room itself was a bit small, it was not an issue in itself.. the room is clean and nice, and everything is available there. The area around the hotel is just amazing!

Excellent location, 2 underground stations nearby, staff really helpful. Bathroom too small, I have kicked the toilet or the toilet roll holder few times, and the bed too soft for me. Overall, excellent, if coming again, will chose it again.

The location is very convenient for some sightseeing, shops, dining. Near temple areas, quiet & not crowded unless you go to the bars & nightlife areas. The room was quite smaller than we expected.

Good location and spacious rook

The room is spacious, Large toilet and new facilities. There are microwave and coffee machine in the lobby. Location is very near and easy to airport.

This hotel is right next to Kushida shrine and the folk museum, but also near two different train stations. Although it is a self-service hotel, sometimes there is staff on-site (I got used to just going in and out, so I was surprised when someone greeted me), along with the cleaning staff. For my room, I'm going to say the bathroom area was the same size as the bedroom which was also a surprise. I'm not a bathtub or shower enthusiast, but if you like that, it can feel like a person bath spa. There is also wi-fi and laundry on-site, along with items to make coffee or tea in your room, and a luggage storage area. Hakata station is roughly 15-minute walk if you're feeling like a stroll, or toward the west is a shopping street full of vendors and lots of restaurants.

The room is really small for 2 people. I can't stand comfortable for bath (178cm) . The location is good and near MTR Station and quiet environment. There are 24 hours Aeon Markets. We take taxi from airport to hotel is within 20 minutes.

Spacious, fast wifi, good location

Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff that actually was present at the time of my check-in. In February the room was really chilly, the heating was on all times when I was in the room. With the heating on the room was good. WC and the especially shower room stayed freezing cold, the water was hot and didn't run out. I asked about wifi speed beforehand and got extremely anxious when the staff told that they cannot run speed test (why?) and stated that "it's not high speed". In turned out that speed was somewhat 80 Mpbs which is good. Why did they have to make me worry...

Small bathroom, I can’t even stand straight to take a shower with a 175cm height. Entirely no interaction with any hotel staff. Both check in and check out are self service. Breakfast only serves from 7-9am. With the price range of around HKD700 per night, I won’t say it’s a good deal.
