텐진쪽, 이치란라멘 본점,돈키호테 등으로 이동하기 가깝고 편리함. 주변 큰 빌딩들의 지하도를 이용하여 텐진역과 그 근처까지 시원하게 이동할 수 있었음. 주변은 시끄러운 지역들이 있지만 이 호텔주변은 조용함.
