"Worse than most business hotels. I’ve stayed at over 10 APA hotels around Japan, this was the worst. Gave me a smoking room despite asking for non-smoking. If someone cleaned the blow dryer, the rag would come away black. Electric/card key locks on doors were broken so you had to use an actual key. ..."
