Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pretty big, clean, and had a nice view of the outside. The location was very convenient since it's a few minutes from Fukui station. I highly recommend if you plan to stay at Fukui!

Really amazing hotel. Convenient to town center and train station and local shops. Staff is super super nice, room was great, nothing to complain about. If I were in Fukui again I would stay here without a doubt.

the room was good value for money. good bed, good bathroom and close to the station. the only complaint is the air conditioning system... when the temperature outside drops below 10C the room gets cold and there does not seem to be a heating system.

The hotel is tired . It is possibly 30 years old (?) judging from the curtains. No parking at the hotel itself but you can park in any of the 3 city carparks which are close and receive a discount when presenting your ticket at reception. This is our 8th Japanese hotel in 6 weeks and by far the worst. The room smelled of cigarettes ( asked for no smoking) bathroom is old and had black mould on tiles. Overall it was a 2 star. .at most
