"Expedia failed to book our room with the hotel for us but the hotel staff quickly made accommodations though the hotel was fully booked. After all the trouble, we did not get the correct type of room but the next day, they switched to the type of the room we needed and it was perfect. They were so friendly and willing to help that it made our stay special. "

"The room was clean, however, for a non smoking room it stank of smoke. Giant ashtrays were feet from the door of the unit and ash and buds all over deck. The room next door seemed to be smoking weed 24/7 so it constantly smelled just trying to get to the room. People would be hanging out in the common walkways, smoking and blocking the stairs. Not somewhere you want to be other than just to rest your head. "

"The room conditions were serviceable but minimalistic. Coffee and cereal bars or small muffins for breakfast. Low cost was the bonus."

"Orange juice was delicious. I like their Florida's brand. Hot tub was warm but be extra careful not to slip on wet area everywhere on the pool side. Three people almost fell. Bed was comfortable, but not the pull out bed from the couch. Parking is not free. You have to pay $23 to park at the hotel. "

"Hot tub water smelled weird. Had too much foam. Needed attention for sure. Also, they let someone rent the pool during the day for 3 or 4 hour blocks for public use, and cant use the area. We stayed multiple days, and this was a disappointing aspect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We had to remind them a couple of times of our request for clean towels. Breakfast was cold. Not enough options."

"Needs to do a better job of distinguishing itself from the other nearby Springhill Suites. I had called to get info about the airport shuttle (my main reason for choosing the hotel) and then booked online. I arrived to find they had a completely different schedule for the shuttle that meant I had to deal with a 5am taxi. I had not even known there were two of the same hotels nearby. It would not be difficult to have staff answering phones clarify by either asking if this is the address they are looking for, or making a similar statement. Left a sour taste in my mind when it comes to the brand. "
