"I stayed at Hyatt House for a spa weekend getaway. For its location, and price, this was a good place to stay. The building is a little older and slightly run down, but the in suite kitchen was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Hot eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, etc. I would recommend Hyatt House to all who need a quick, decent night away."

"The bed was the worst that I ever slept in my life. It had huge dents in it. I am so exhausted. I did not sleep at all. The bed should be thrown out and replaced. I wish I complained and switch rooms. I don’t know if the other beds would’ve been better if they’re all equally bad. Do not stay in room 426. It was the worst. Also, the phone does not work."

"Don't recommend for families based on prices for food etc. Bathroom small but clean. Downstairs dining person had an attitude"

"I was there for a longer stay and they never cleaned my room. Luckily I am very neat so it was not a huge issue, but not having my sheets, or towels replaced wasn't acceptable. But on the upside I didn't murdered so that has to count for something. "
