"Both me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here, all of the staff were so lovely and pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and tidy and was nice and spacious, overall it really did provide a relaxing space for us to unwind. Would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be returning next year!"

"We booked a room for four people but only had two sets of towelling and had to ask for more. The safe was not working When we had breakfast (arrived around 9.15 am) there was no hot water in the pot to make tea - although staff did give us hot water for the tea when we advised them of this and there was no chocolate in the hot chocolate machine and despite advising staff no attempt was made to offer hot chocolate. It seemed refills were not happening after a certain time"

"Very friendly staff, both at reception and in restaurant. Put on breakfast earlier for those us taking part in Chester marathon on the Sunday, which was very helpful. Great pool and jacuzzi."

"Just a quick one nighter on the way to Croatia. We were greeted by Dan., what a superstar. He couldnt do enough for us. Room was great as expected for CP anf yhe bar staff were really helpful too. Top class customer service."

"Lovely modern hotel in the city , spotlessly clean , rooms a good size , great shower and toiletries are supplied ,beds are so comfortable , buffet breakfast very tasty , We had a wonderful stay here what really stood out was the staff so friendly and helpful ,We will stay here when we visit Liverpool again 😄"

"Ideal for theatres, shopping, arriving by train, always Helpful & polite. rooms are clean. breakfast available as an extra, or nip to the local Weatherspoon's down on the corner. Parking free, just a short walk distance away.. Need more disabled spaces, 2 in front of hotel, none in carpark "
