"We will be taking this location off our list of usual stays after this visit. The quality of our stay this time compared to this past fall has decreased immensely. The room was clean, but the soap dispenser in the shower room was empty. We were only given 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for four people. The lights were unplugged. The TV didn't work. The grass around the property was overgrown up to our ankles. Broken glass window in the pool room near the hot tub. There was a vehicle parked outside our room and the occupants were in and out with baskets of belongings and laundry, they stopped and stared at us the entirety of the time we got our bags and walked to our room. It made us very uncomfortable to go outside. After they finally left we tried the pool for less than 10 mins. The other guests were extremely rowdy and throwing each other and diving/jumping off the side of the pool. Though hotel management could be seen from the window to the pool, they never stopped the behavior. "

"We travel to Branson many times over last 20 plus years and stayed at many hotels. I would say that the Lodge of the Ozarks is the best. It is clean, great rooms and the staff are wonderful hardworking people. The breakfast is outstanding!"

"The staff were excellent and our room was clean. We got in late and they had the lights on inside. They kept checking to make sure we were good."

"We were very disappointed in the breakfast offerings. We showed up at the beginning of breakfast, all they had was cereal and waffles. They have several warmers with signs that show they normally serve sausage, eggs, gravy etc. I thought maybe we came down to early but came back and hour later with same offerings. When I asked front desk was told “we didn’t feel like doing a full breakfast today” this is really unacceptable and not how you run a business. We will not return to this location."

"Breakfast was average. Room needs updating. Bathtub drained slow. Bathtub spicket did not work due to poor installation. New faucets in tub and sink needed. Did not use pool. I won't go back."

"It is an older hotel but it is spotless and extremely well maintained. The pools and hot tub are nice and clean. The pool seating inside and out are great. The breakfast area is nice with good choices and the staff is outstanding. "
