"Clean room, friendly staff, great pool and breakfast. Room smelled a little musty at first entry, but improved with air on higher setting. Room was bigger than expected for an older building. Great location next to Titanic museum and many shows and restaurants."

"Room was clean but ac had some issues until we notified staff. It was fixed right away. Room had no clock. No lotion but had a used hair conditioner along with new shampoo. Nothing to stir coffee that's avaliable in room which tasted awful. Buffet had lots of choices but poor choices for diabetic people. Also those eggs looked awful. Looked like they were powered eggs. We loved the pool and hot tub area although needs some updating/painting. Would be nice if there were make up wipes avaliable. "

"The property was clean and well kept. Our room was clean. The water pressure was good. Everything in our room was nice and clean. The towels were some of the best quality that I have ever seen at hotels. The A/C worked well. The staff were always both friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property."

"Breakfast was ok and the air conditioning kept the room cool for the most part but other air conditioners in the building werent working. It wasnt as clean than would be expected. "
